Wow, I thought I was the only one that had an issue when we moved South, to find out that cursive writing was not taught nor mandated for our children curriculum. My son started learning to write cursive at home and then in school at 4 years old. The power that be can careless that our children and their children will not be able to sign their signature on legal documents. I wonder if this is another way the system is attempting to dumb down our children?
I was unaware that 48 states has adopted the elimination of cursive writing lessons. UM!!!
